These partners only use the personal data on behalf of Dubit and not independently of Dubit and have entered into an appropriate contract meaning they cannot do anything with this personal data unless as we have told them to do so.

We need to have a good lawful reason to use your personal information, which is our lawful basis.
In general, the lawful basis on which Dubit relies to process your information is to fulfil a contract with you, because by registering or claiming your account, and entering a promotion or challenge, you are asking us to provide a service to you. It is also in our legitimate interest to provide you access to the MGL World.
However, where consent has been given for us to collect information for example via cookies, or if a parent or guardian has consented to their child taking part in the MGL World and related promotions and competitions, that person can always change their mind and ask us to stop using this information.
