This means that Dubit decides what any personal data is used for, and the ways in which it is processed. This includes a name, email address, user name, an ID number, location data, an online identifier (such as an IP address) or to other things that are specific to a person, such as their physical appearance.
We collect and use this personal data to allow you to register with or claim an account on the MGL World, interact with the MGL World on Roblox and take part in MGL organised games, challenges and promotions including via Roblox, and including on third party games that we partner with to run some of our challenges and games.

We do this so that we can better understand which parts of the MGL World are more or less popular and improve the structure and navigation of the MGL World.

We only share personal data with our approved third-party providers who help us to provide some of our services. These partners only use the personal data on behalf of Dubit and not independently of Dubit and have entered into an appropriate contract meaning they cannot do anything with this personal data unless as we have told them to do so.
We currently use a third-party data storage provider to store your data collected through the MGL World.
We may also be required to share personal data with third parties where required or permissible by law.
We need to have a good lawful reason to use your personal information, which is our lawful basis.
In general, the lawful basis on which Dubit relies to process your information is to fulfil a contract with you, because by registering or claiming your account, and entering a promotion or challenge, you are asking us to provide a service to you. It is also in our legitimate interest to provide you access to the MGL World.
However, where consent has been given for us to collect information for example via cookies, or if a parent or guardian has consented to their child taking part in the MGL World and related promotions and competitions, that person can always change their mind and ask us to stop using this information. We will only keep user information for as long as we need to in order to provide you access to the MGL World and fulfil our services to you, unless we tell you otherwise or if the law needs us to keep it for longer.
